My philosophy on recovery support

White-knuckling doesn't work. Motivation fades. Systems remain.

Structure is the medicine. Routine, accountability, and environment create the stability from which recovery can grow.

Recovery must be practical. Lasting change requires plans that are clear, realistic, and repeatable.

Support must fit the individual. No two people require the exact same approach.

Healing requires connection, structure, and participation — not withdrawal into old patterns.

How I work

Present, consistent, and clear when things are hardest to hold together.

I provide one-to-one support for individuals dealing with addiction, alongside guidance for families navigating complex situations.

This work is not theoretical. It involves being present, establishing structure, and maintaining accountability through periods where consistency is difficult to sustain.

Every case is different. The level of support depends on the individual, the environment, and the complexity of the situation — so all work is tailored accordingly, with a focus on discretion and long-term stability.

About Aidan

Experience earned in the work — and in recovery.

I work with individuals and families dealing with addiction, providing structured, one-to-one support through periods that can become difficult to manage.

My experience includes working with The Balance Rehab Clinic in Mallorca — supporting clients through treatment, transition, and back into real-world environments, in close coordination with families, therapists, and clinical teams. Much of this has taken place in private, live-in settings where discretion and clear judgement are essential.

I am in recovery myself. That shapes how I approach this work — I understand how quickly things can become unstable, and how much structure, accountability, and presence matter when steadying them.
